On July 29, 2025, Mr. Huynh Van Tung – Director of CSID Center – hosted a meeting and working session with Mr. Jaman Patel – Coordinator of Gujarat State, Indian Chamber of International Business – ICIB.
At the meeting, both parties discussed opportunities for cooperation regarding digital transformation and digital innovation, and shared Vietnam’s policies and development orientations in these areas. Mr. Huynh Van Tung expressed hope that the meeting would open up many opportunities for cooperation and deepen mutual understanding between the two sides. He also wished that Indian enterprises could provide support and consultancy to Vietnamese enterprises by offering appropriate technology solutions to accelerate Vietnam’s digital transformation.

The ICIB introduced InnometriX TechHub – an Indian technology and cybersecurity consulting company that is seeking to expand its international market, especially in Vietnam. InnometriX TechHub specializes in assessing and consulting on information security strategy, organizing cybersecurity training programs for students and state organizations, as well as collaborating to develop teaching materials in cybersecurity for the fields of science & technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

The company also cooperates with IT universities to widely deploy training programs and is developing the “Digital Trust” program aimed at startups and public entities. A highlighted product from InnometriX TechHub is “EQ of AI” – a browser extension utilizing artificial intelligence to monitor data leaks and assess risks before content is uploaded to CIC (Command-in-Control) systems, with special focus on securing intellectual property, sensitive data, and user privacy.
Moreover, the two sides plan to coordinate and organize joint IT events across southern provinces to promote practical cooperation in cybersecurity.
The Director of CSID highly valued the exchanged contents and proposed that companies from both sides should collaborate closely to effectively implement cooperation activities, connection, technology introduction, and technology transfer going forward.
The meeting was also joined by representatives of Vietnamese technology companies such as Chips Joint Stock Company and ATZ Corp, which are implementing Cloud ERP software and delivering IT services to various enterprises, particularly Japanese manufacturing factories. Leveraging strengths in artificial intelligence-based solutions, data centers, and on-demand service provision, Vietnamese enterprises alongside innovation centers, hi-tech parks, and software parks expressed strong interest and high expectations for sustainable cooperation between both sides.
